Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Monthly Pet Rent:
1 Cat = $40, 2 Cats = $60,
1 Dog = $50, 2 Dogs = $75, or 1 Cat/1 Dog = $65.
Max of 2 pets per apartment home, no weight limitation.

Restricted Breeds: Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, German Shepherd, Pitbull/ Staffordshire Terrier, Husky, Chow, Mastiff, Cane Corso, or any other breed with aggressive, dangerous and/or vicious tendencies or behavior.
